About
A practical workshop on the benefits of regulating your nervous system in the workplace. 80 minutes, up to 20 people, outdoors. Your people don't need another wellbeing webinar. They need 80 minutes outdoors, a clear explanation of what their nervous system is doing and why, and practices that still work six months later. Regulate & Reset takes your team out into nature, teaches them how their own physiology behaves under pressure, and hands them the tools to influence it. The session covers: • Earthing, and a guided grounding practice • The nervous system, and the difference between a stress state and a recovery state • Functional breathing, and what a healthy breath pattern looks like • Guided Breathwork practice • Sensory Forest Bathing immersion, using all the senses • Close up exploration with eye loupes, opening up awe and wonder • Canopy gazing, and the soft fascination that restores depleted attention People will leave with a breathing practice they can use in 90 seconds before a difficult meeting, a working understanding of their own stress response, and a different relationship with the nearest green space to the office. Suitable for away days, offsites and wellbeing weeks. Runs in any woodland, park or green space, including your own grounds. Back to back sessions for larger groups.
